Keep Still Movin and its affiliate classes and workshops are gentle movement-based programs designed to heal the body and the mind. Please inform your instructor prior to class of any physical limitations or restrictions so that the program may be adapted to your needs.

Keep Still Movin and its instructors are not responsible for any personal strain or injury incurred during or as a result of any class. Participants are encouraged to consult with a healthcare professional prior to attendance and are encouraged to abstain from class if they are feeling unwell or are otherwise physically injured.

As classes are limited to a certain amount of participants, kindly leave 24 hours notice in the event of a cancellation. Outdoor classes cancelled due to inclement weather will be rescheduled where possible.

Class participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats to outdoor sessions and are encouraged to maintain social distance between themselves. Please wear comfortable clothing and sun protection and make sure to bring plenty of water for after class.
